Ingredients:
• 500g chicken (with bone or boneless)
• 2 onions (finely chopped)
• 2 tomatoes (pureed)
• 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
• 3-4 tbsp fresh cream
• 10-12 cashew nuts (soaked and ground to paste)
• 1 cup curd (whisked)
• 2-3 green chilies (slit)
• 2 tbsp ghee or oil
• 1 tsp cumin seeds
• 1-2 bay leaves
• 2-3 green cardamoms
• 1-inch cinnamon stick
• 1 tsp turmeric powder
• 1 tsp red chili powder
• 1 tsp garam masala
• Salt to taste
• Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)
Preparation Steps:
Step 1: Marinate the Chicken
• Mix chicken with curd, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt.
• Keep aside for 30 minutes for a rich flavor.
Step 2: Prepare the Base
• Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds, bay leaves, cinnamon, and cardamoms.
