                  📋 Recipe Card
                   👨‍🍳 Ingredients:

For frying potatoes:

• 3 large potatoes (cut like French fries)

• 3 tbsp cornflour

• 2 tbsp all-purpose flour (maida)

• 1 tsp black pepper

• Salt to taste

• Oil for deep frying

                           For sauce:

• 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic

• 1 tsp grated ginger

• 2 tbsp tomato ketchup

• 1 tbsp red chilli sauce

• 2 tbsp honey

• 1 tsp soy sauce

• 1 tsp chilli flakes

• 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds

• 1 tbsp oil

  🔪 Step-by-Step Method:

  1. Prep the Potatoes:
Soak cut potatoes in cold water for 15 minutes to remove starch. Pat dry.

  2. Coat & Fry:
Mix cornflour, maida, salt & pepper. Dust potatoes evenly. Deep-fry them on medium flame until crispy and golden. Keep aside.

  3. Make the Sauce:
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add garlic & ginger; sauté until aromatic. Stir in ketchup, red chilli sauce, soy sauce, and chilli flakes. Cook for a minute until thick.

  4. Honey Magic:
Switch off flame and mix in honey so it stays glossy.

  5. Toss it Up:                                                Add fried potatoes into the sauce. Coat them generously until each fry glistens.

   6.Garnish:
Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds and extra           spring onions or coriander for a                       restaurant-style finish.

                    🌟 Serving Tip

Serve hot with toothpicks or in a small wok-style bowl. Pair it with chilled cola or mocktails for the full bistro experience!
