• ½ cup fresh cream
• ½ cup curd (yogurt)
• 1 tsp turmeric powder
• 1 tsp red chili powder
• 1 tsp coriander powder
• 1 tsp garam masala
• 1 tsp kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
• Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)
• Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Marinate the Chicken:
In a bowl, mix chicken with curd, turmeric, chili powder, and salt. Keep it aside for 20–30 minutes.
2. Cook the Base:
Heat ghee in a handi or deep pan. Add onions and sauté until golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, sauté until fragrant.
3. Prepare the Gravy:
Add tomato puree, cook until oil separates. Now add coriander powder and garam masala. Mix well.
4. Cook Chicken:
Add marinated chicken pieces and cook on medium heat until chicken turns white. Cover and cook for 10–12 minutes.
5. Make it Creamy:
Add fresh cream and kasuri methi. Cook for 5 more minutes on low flame until the gravy becomes thick and creamy.
6. Garnish and Serve:
Sprinkle fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan, tandoori roti, or steamed rice.
