For Chicken & Broth:
• 250g chicken (boneless or with bone)
• 1 medium onion (sliced)
• 1 tomato (chopped)
• 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
• 1–2 green chillies (slit)
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1.5 litres water
For Soup Base:
• 1 cup boiled noodles
• 1 medium carrot (julienned)
• 1/2 cup cabbage (shredded)
• 1/2 cup capsicum (sliced)
• 1 small bowl spinach (optional)
• 2 tbsp spring onion
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp red chilli sauce
• 1 tsp vinegar
• 1 tbsp oil
• Salt to taste
• Pepper to taste
๐ช Step-by-Step Recipe
Step 1: Prepare the Chicken Broth
1. In a pot, add chicken, onions, tomatoes, ginger-garlic paste, green chillies, salt, pepper, and water.
2. Boil for 15–20 minutes until chicken becomes soft.
3. Remove the chicken, shred it, and keep aside.
4. Strain and keep the flavourful broth for the soup.
Step 2: Cook the Vegetables
1. Heat oil in a wok.
2. Add carrots, cabbage, capsicum, and spinach.
3. Stir fry for 2–3 minutes on high flame (don’t overcook).
Step 3: Add Flavours & Broth
1. Add soy sauce, vinegar, and red chilli sauce to the veggies.
2. Pour in the chicken broth.
3. Add shredded chicken and mix well.
